a) What's a *Blind Box*? 
Blind Box refers to the type of sealed packaging that keeps the contents of the toy a mystery until you open it. Blind boxes typically come in a Series that are made up of a variety of different figures / designs that are usually depicted on the side of the box listed along with the odds of finding each one. Some are rarer than others and some are even super rare and hard to find. These are referred to as *secret* or *chase* figures.

b) If I order 2 will they be different? 
Hello, although there is a high likelihood you will not get a duplicate, there is no way to guarantee that. 

c) If I buy 13, will it be delivered in 1 set plus 1 box?  If it's possible to deliver a set of 12 units, there's no repeat figure, right?
It will come in 13 boxes (a whole set and a single box) and repeats are possible for the single box. 

d) If I buy 14, will I get the full series? 
No, there are 14 items in each series, if you fill in the quantity of 14, it will come into a whole set and 2 single boxes together, the single box might or might not be repeated. You can fill in the quantity of 12 to order an entire set. 

e) Do I need to provide my full address in English? 
Yes, please provide your detailed address in English, including Name, Phone number, Postal Code, Email Address, City, Province, and Country. 

f) What shipping options are available? How long will I receive my order?   

We provide standard shipping. The specific delivery time depends on your delivery address if there are no other factors affecting it.    

g) If I choose standard shipping, how long will I receive my order?
This shipping method take a delivery time around 3 - 5 days within the Netherlands, and 5 - 10 days more or less within the EU, according to different destinations.

h) Can I see how much shipping will cost before I confirm my order?
When you add items to the cart, the system will calculate the shipping fees, you will see the shipping fees directly.

i) When will my order ship?
Confirmed orders usually process within 7 business working days (Except for the pre-sale orders). Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the notify information through email.

j) What if the item I received is damaged?
If the item you received has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a refund may be issued. Please direct all return inquiries to (temo@cho-onetoys.com) and attach a related photo of the damaged item within Three (3) DAYS from the date of receipt. Defect requests will be subjected to approval once sent.

k) What if I want to return?
Please direct all return inquiries to temo@cho-onetoys.com and attach a related photo of the item within five(5) days of the date of receipt. Returns made without contacting us first via email will not be honored. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Blind box items can be returned only if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Give us 1-2 business days, and then check your email for a prepaid return label.

I) What if I want to refund for personal reasons?
And if the good is already shipped, for the irresistible factor (Including but not limited to strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health incidents, major epidemic diseases, etc), the delivery time is longer than as usual, for personal reasons requiring a refund, pleased noted shipping costs are non-refundable, and you should reject this package once it is arrived. The refund will be completed after the logistics of the return is updated.

Please noted due to privacy protection policies, your local couriers in some countries will not notify the recipients when they deliver the packages. They usually leave the packages directly in the mailbox, at the front door, in the garden, at the front desk, or in the garage or other places. Please timely follow up the logistics progress and pay attention to track the packages to avoid losing the packages. We are not responsible for the loss of the package if the track shows has been delivered.

m) What if I want to modify my address?
No change of address is allowed once an order is shipped. Please contact us at temo@cho-onetoys.com if you need to change the address.
